We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our award-winning Corporate Partnerships team! This exciting and varied role will co-lead the Account Management team to develop and deliver successful, high-value, long-term partnerships that deliver mutual benefits for our partners and Alzheimer’s Society.

Uniquely for this role, you will lead the strategic vision and development of the team, as well as the opportunity to lead our largest and most strategic partnerships.

About you

This is a critical leadership role in the team which requires a tenacious individual who will drive progress and success, think outside the box, and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Extensive experience in corporate partnerships, the public or commercial sectors, or other related areas.
  • Demonstrate a strong growth mindset to drive forward the success of the Account Management team with vision, energy, creativity, and ambition.
  • Ability to think outside the box, spot opportunities, and negotiate successfully with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Extensive experience in delivering successful high-value partnerships (or similar), as well as leading and supporting team members to achieve and exceed targets.
  • A natural go-getter, striving to exceed expectations to ensure our partnerships are best-in-sector. As well as being a team player, you will be a strategic thinker, able to realise the vision of complex, strategic, and commercial partnerships.

Person Specification

  • Verbal and written communication skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders and customers.
  • Excellent IT skills and extensive experience/knowledge of using Microsoft packages.
  • Work collaboratively and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail
  • Advocate for Alzheimer’s Society, demonstrating passion and resilience to make a difference.
  • Be a self-starter and incredibly motivated.
