An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Supporter Insight Analyst to join our Supporter Insight Team. We are looking for an exceptional individual with analysis and problem-solving expertise, ideally from a fundraising or similar environment.  You will be working with a team of data analysts and play a crucial role in deepening understanding of Alzheimer’s Society’s supporter behaviour.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in developing our strategic analysis and reporting roadmap, supporting projects like personalised supporter journeys and analysing supporter relationships and communication effectiveness. 

You will:

  • Dive into data analysis and reporting to help fundraising teams make smarter decisions.
  • Get creative with analytical tools and techniques to bring fresh insights.
  • Build predictive models and track key fundraising metrics like income, supporter retention, and engagement.
  • Use SQL to dig into the CRM database and develop efficient reporting solutions.
  • Turn complex data into engaging visuals and clear insights for different teams.
  • Promote a data-driven culture, encouraging curiosity about supporters across teams.

About you

We want somebody who understands and can deliver deep insight into the behaviour of Alzheimer’s Society supporters. Ideally, you’ll have expertise of working with CRM databases, a successful history of scripting and producing datasets using SQL and experience of forecasting and predictive modelling.

We are looking for that analyst who adopts an innovative and can-do approach to problem solving and can balance attention to detail with delivering practical solutions at pace. Importantly, you can bring data to life and can help to build the strategic framework for all future reporting and insight across fundraising.

You’re an exceptional communicator and a real team player; someone who thrives on sharing your knowledge, ideas, and skills with colleagues, to continually improve standards and performance.

You are:
