As a Junior Designer, you’ll play a part in making that happen. Working within our Creative team, you’ll help turn ideas into thoughtful, well-crafted design across digital and print. From campaign visuals to everyday assets, your work will help bring our brand to life in a way that is consistent, accessible and meaningful.
You’ll collaborate with designers, content specialists and digital colleagues, learning as you go and building your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your work has real impact.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll spend your time bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, well-crafted design. You’ll work across a mix of digital and print, creating and adapting assets that help communicate important messages and support impactful campaigns.
You’ll take creative concepts and shape them into clear, engaging visuals that feel consistent, on brand and accessible to a wide range of audiences. Whether you’re refining layouts, resizing assets or preparing files for delivery, you’ll care about getting the details right.
Working closely with colleagues across creative, content and digital teams, you’ll help make sure design supports the bigger picture. You’ll be part of conversations, contribute ideas and collaborate to deliver work that lands well and makes a difference.
Alongside this, you’ll manage your own workload, keeping projects moving and maintaining quality even when things are busy.

About you
You’re someone who cares about the details, but also understands how they fit into the bigger picture. You’re motivated, organised and ready to grow, with a natural ability to keep things moving even when things get busy.
You’ll likely bring:
- A strong eye for detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
- Good project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Confidence managing more than one task at a time, and knowing how to refocus when priorities shift
- A proactive, self-starting approach, taking ownership of your work while knowing when to ask for support
- The ability to build positive working relationships with a range of people
- Confidence explaining creative ideas in a clear and accessible way, especially to non-design colleagues
You care about inclusive design and understand that how something looks is only part of the story. You think about how it’s experienced, making sure your work is clear, accessible and relevant to different audiences, including people affected by dementia.
