Are you organised and do you enjoy administrative tasks? Do you want to be part of a team, providing administration support to staff and volunteers, to enable them to deliver the best possible service to people from all backgrounds and communities affected by dementia? If so, this could be the role for you.
In this role you will provide key day to day administrative support such as sending and receiving emails, using the telephone and ordering stationery and supplies. You will also use your skills to
research information, update databases and use spreadsheets to manipulate data. In addition you may support the organisation of our events and services by finding and booking venues and attending meetings taking notes.
This is a flexible, primarily home-based role, with an expected commitment of around 3 hours per week, which can be worked across Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Candidates should be based locally, as you will occasionally need to volunteer from our office at Marrow House, Forrister Street, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 1SQ.

You’ll be great for the role if:
- You are organised and able to demonstrate good attention to detail.
- Have existing, or are keen to develop, administrative skills.
- Have experience of using Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
- Are flexible, willing to learn and can carry out the role independently and as part of a team.
- You are over the age of 16
