Do you have significant experience of leading learning, capability or organisational development strategies that deliver measurable outcomes? Could you lead the Society’s organisational learning and capability agenda, shaping the strategy, governance and operating model that enables colleagues to build skills, knowledge and confidence?
We are recruiting for a Learning & Capability Manager to join on a full-time, permanent contract, working 35 hours per week. This is a home-based role with occasional travel required for in-person meetings.
As Learning & Capability Manager, you will lead the Society’s organisational learning and capability agenda, shaping the strategy, governance and operating model that enables colleagues to build the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to deliver our priorities now and in the future.

You will own the Society’s learning governance framework and lead the hub and spoke model for learning, setting clear standards, decision-making routes, quality assurance and evaluation approaches so learning is consistent, evidence based and focused on organisational outcomes.
In leading and developing the Learning & Capability team, you will champion modern learning practice and use insight, technology and innovation to make learning more accessible, scalable and impactful.
Interviews for this role have been provisionally scheduled to take place on Wednesday 18th November via MS Teams.
